This place is ran with professionalism and charm. when you arrive you greet with a hello, but you leave giving hugs. here's the in between.... great country setting ... very quiet and peaceful.... breakfast was excellent and had a little bit of everything. Mary does it all and we commend her for taking the time to make her guests comfortable. the Massage was excellent for both my boyfriend and I. We would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone visiting Northeastern Michigan.
Nice innkeepers quality time
We had the most wonderful weekend at Heart Wood Place. We were taking a weekend woodworking class at Sam Beauford Woodworking Institute . Each evening we arrived back to this beautiful, comfortable, serene, country setting with a spa service waiting for us. MaryAlice, the in-keeper is is so welcoming and kind. We would recommend Heart Wood Place to everyone!!
