We just switched to Culligan last month. We are paid biweekly so I put $80 on our bill every time we get paid. This month went differently. I put $80 last week, and I called today and asked to put $80 today. I’m total I owed 228.00 for installation. I don’t even have a due date yet. So she flips out asking “your a new customer this isn’t good.” “Not a good way to start off.” “When will you pay this in full?” I say I just paid $80 last week. I’m putting another $80 today. I had a problem with my water softener so I stopped in to see if they could give me some advice on fixing it. One of the service men came up front and told me everything I needed to do to fix my problem. The advice saved me a lot of money and got my softener working again. I own my softener so they didn't have to help me but they did.

Customer service is hit or miss. New employee who answered phone interrupted several times and argued with me over my warranty (of which i was right and have paperwork to prove). That woman should NOT be answering phones! But, i will say the technicians are very nice and helpful.
