I was trying to call about my bill and got the emergency number. The guy that answered when I TRIED to explain said I needed to call back on Monday. I asked Why? Your business is open. He hung up on me!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

I understand it takes 3 days for bill pay. I DONT understand is I did bill pay on the 11th for 150.00 and even after 3 days my payment wasnt taken out until yesterday!!!!!!! Now my bank account is in the negative because the payment wasnt taken out when it was supposed to , last issue I had before was paying my bill in cash and we got shutoff that same day .......can't blame this on covid when yall have employees that dont do their job, I'll be calling at 8

Neve thought I'd love paying a bill but I love going in here to pay my bill lol ladies are always soo nice .. any issue I've had they have always helped with a great attitude n very polite ...
