Absolutely the worst gas company to deal with. They won't start new service until the bill from the previous occupant is paid. I have absolutely zero obligation to pay their bill. What is wrong with you Citizens Gas?

I can tell you this!! Watch the repair man that come into your house from citizens gas. I had one that came into mine to hook up a gas stove and I had a cell phone holder for my car on my table that was stolen. No doubt, it had to be him! I thought they made pretty good money per hour. Why would he need to steal that, when phe surely could have afforded his own?

If I could leave zero stars, I would I tried to pay my bill for four days the system was down. They couldn’t help me. They couldn’t pay it over the phone. I talked to three different people plus a manager all four people were rude. They didn’t care about anything I had to say they kept interrupting they had no problem, shutting my gas off, even though I was trying to pay it.. I guess I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t accept my money, but had no problem shutting my gas off??? I think since their systems were down they should have made it right and gave us time.
