I came here to get a pedicure done. I had made an appointment but they were busy and I had to wait for an open chair. No one told me to go look at the wall of regular nail polish even though I was there for a regular pedicure and they asked me to look at their gel option rings at first. I would say the use of organic in the name is pretty liberal - the nail polishes, gels, dips, and spa products they use are no different than any other typical nail salon- so don't come here specifically for that! Prices are a tiny bit more than other typical nail salons, the quality of the work is pretty standard for a regular pedicure. It's pretty much the usual experience of needing to clarify with the employee doing your nails exactly what you want so that they don't up charge you on additional upgrades.
Best nail spot in GR that i've found. They've never let me down, their work is great and it always lasts way longer than any other salon. Go to spot now. They are a bit pricier than some other salons so if budget is your thing, you can probably find a good one but honestly it's worth it. After my shellac is off my nails always look great and healthy too.
I have been getting tips for years, everywhere from NYC, to New Jersey, to Michigan. This salon is super clean, the staff is nice, but the quality of the nails they do is questionable. It's been a week and 3 of my nails have fallen off and it's not the first time this has happened either. I got the dip powder tips and while they are beautiful, they are expensive and it doesn't last long, multiple nails have cracks in the coating. I got many compliments the first couple of days I had them, but they just didn't hold. For $65 I wish they would have lasted longer.
