“Our roof started leaking into our kitchen ceiling about 2 weeks ago. We had several different companies come out to give us estimates. Michael B from Veenkamp came to our house to give us an estimate. He arrived at his scheduled time. He was polite, professional, honest & had excellent communication with us during the whole process. We are in the process of getting scheduled for the roof replacement on our house & garage. Michael B even agreed to have someone come out and seal the areas that are leaking until they can replace the whole roof so it doesn't cause more damage to out ceiling. So far, this company has been amazing to work with and made the process so easy. I give them 5 stars so far as of right now and will update the review once the project is all complete.

Update: The crew arrived at 7am on the date they said they would and got the whole roof done on both the garage and house in one day. The next day someone from the company came out and cleaned everything up and picked up all the extra materials. Michael B, Tommy and Jelly Bean all have been outstanding to work with & are excellent at what they do. They made sure everything was done to our satisfaction before we paid the final invoice. Michael B was the main person that I communicated with from start of the project with getting the quote to end of the project. Michael B was on top of everything and took great care of us. The day after he was here to inspect the site and dispatched a crew the same day to put temporary patches in place (roof, walls, windows) while waiting to work through the insurance claim. “The crew was awesome, my roof had more than 20 leaks prior to their arrival and now I have none. The applied a new spray foam roof in 3 days. The communication between Rick in the field and Nikki in the office was well beyond my expectations, they kept me in the loop the entire project and followed up several times after completion. “Smart Roofing Systems did a roof repair for us about four years ago and they were great so when it came time to look at replacing the roof about six weeks ago we wanted to make sure to have them give us a quote. We had three companies come out, all with good reviews. When the quotes came back, we were happy to see that Smart Roofing Systems was so competitive. They were actually close to $20k less than one of the more well known brands in the area. Fast forward to this week. On Monday, they began our the job. We have a large ranch with a three stall attached garage, two stall detached garage and a pool house. I'm writing this review on Wednesday at 11 a.m. and they are just wrapping up. The cost savings and timeliness are fantastic but what really stands out is the quality of the crew. At the end of each day, the they cleaned up everything, not leaving a nail to be found. They are also very polite and respectful, making sure to not work too late into the evening when we were home. Our new roof looks beautiful!!
