“I was given Almir's (the owner's) contact from my brother who contracted work for his home furnace last year. He had a great experience working with him. My hot water heater saw it's last day, last week. Before contacting Royal Comfort Mechanical, I had another company out to provide a quote. Using my desperation for the need of hot water against me, this other company gave a highly inflated cost to install a new heater. Almir took the professional route and presented a fair cost quote to have the work done. His company dropped off a new water heater on Friday. I had to wait through the weekend for the installation, but when Monday morning came, 4 mechanical experts showed up and quickly installed the new unit. They were courteous, professional, quick, and conscientious. Their communication is very good. So if you have a heating, cooling, or plumbing issue, I highly recommend this company.
