they never answer their phone. the message will say they are closed give the bus. hours and you are calling when it says they're open. They don't let you finish a sentence, just want you gone when they realize you won't be buying glasses from them at grossly inflated prices even relative to other grossly overprice optometrists, they lose all interest in you. your prescription will be written wrong, by someone other than the dr. you will wait 2 weeks for an answer to getting it corrected to what they told you what it was at your appt. then will write it even further from it and ignore you indefinitely when you ask for it to be corrected a second time. Oh, and they will throw in needless scans at over a hundred dollars that insurance will not cover and not tell you they are doing them or charging you extra out of pocket. Very unscrupulous, totally profit driven, only there to sell glasses at unethical profit margins and bolster the bill through adding on expensive procedures without mentioning or explaining, even though you just had them done and they saw it in your records. many good places to go, I would highly recommend avoiding this business, because that's what they are just a business, they remove the 'care' from vision care.

Went to ada vision today at 6:35 pm. Google maps said they were open until 7, ada vision's website said they were open until 7, the sign on the door said they were open until 7. Well, they were not open until 7 - they were closed at 6:35. What a waste of my time!
