Want to go to the best massage place in southern Maine? Go to the Zen Spa. I have an issue with my left shoulder and right knee and hip, and the pain is now GONE! They will ask if you want hard pressure, and I opted for medium in general and hard for my painful shoulder. I've seen other reviews mentioning language barrier issues, but I didn't have a problem as long as I didn't try idle chit chat. I believe they use traditional Chinese massage techniques, which i personally tend to prefer. Bella asked me throughout if I was ok with the pressure and the heat of the stones, etc. She's the best! Very nice massage and tranquil ambiance. Ladies give strong thorough massage. 20% mandatory tipping rule is a bit odd, be mindful of that. We decided to stop by this place when we took a summer trip to Maine. Will go back if I am in the area just cuz it’s hard to find the professional masseuses especially when you’re on a vacation. One more thing to note is that this place is right on the main street so you can hear ambulance sirens and loud vehicles passing by a lot all the time so it kind of disrupts the relaxing vibe. Other than that, good massage.

My visit was amazing. I booked this after a long stressful year and she masterfully extracted tension held all throughout my body. My cells feel renewed! Also, the place is very clean and staff is friendly.
