I got a piece of charcoal in my eye and it was super uncomfortable. I called York Eyecare and they got me in within two hours and got the charcoal out of my eye ASAP. Not only that, they entertained my seven month old and four-year-old daughters while I saw the doctor during this time as well as the precious appointment for my eye test. The staff is wonderful.

Like many others, I lost my glasses in the ocean! Dr. Pelletier and his team were extremely helpful and resolved the situation quickly and free of charge. What's more, Dr.Pelletier served me in French. Many thanks!

Day 1 of our vacation week here and a wave caught me off guard and I lost my glasses to the Atlantic Ocean. (No longer wear contacts, and I’m as blind as a bat without my lenses, so needed a quick fix.) I called York Family Eye Care Center and asked if they could help me out. Fast forward 2 1/2 hours later, and I’m walking out of their location with a beautiful new pair of eyeglasses. Everyone at the center was so hospitable and friendly - Felt like I was at my local place back in Buffalo, NY. Couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience after my misfortune at the beach. Some lucky dolphin is wearing my old frames, but I’m doing just fine with my new ones!... read full review
