Optima Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics is a very reputable network of practices. The staff is described as wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Patients report a very positive experience, with specific praise for how the team handles billing issues promptly and professionally and goes above and beyond to assist with care, even while a patient is traveling. The practice is highly recommended for dermatology needs.
It took the doctor one minute to see cancer on my nose that everyone else that has seen me never noticed. I go to Scarborough a long ways from my house, but it’s worth it maybe someday they’re open in my area like Augusta ME but in the meantime, that’s where I’m gonna stay very professional they listen to you. What’s not to like ?
Bad reviews are all by fake profiles of people who live and work at Maybelline. 😂 Take a look yourself. Optima is very reputable ignore the BOTS!!!
Very Professional, Knowledgeable Staff!! Definitely Recommend!! Jayson and Emily as always were awesome. I’ve also had Abby and she was just as polite,knowledgeable and professional.
