I researched a few sites that rated real estate agents and after interviewing 3 top agents, selected Broker Lori Barrett of CB Yorke Realty to market and sell my home. Lori has a very positive energy and is very knowledgeable of the market, and how to best present and communicate, in written and graphic form, house information to full advantage. She was excellent at responding in a timely way to my calls or emails, and always was able to provide professional and thorough explanations of various real estate processes.
