“The service over the phone from Arnold was exceptional, as I was calling from out of state. I specifically requested all bright colors and NO pale pink. When my friend sent the picture, I was disappointed to see almost half of it was pale pink and white. Given the cost (which did not include a very high delivery fee), I expected better or a slightly larger bouquet. However, this is the second time recently I have been disappointed by the size and quality of a bouquet that I sent (other delivery was from another florist in Bangor). I suppose with the cost of everything going up, one has to lower expectations even though the cost is higher than ever. The flowers do look fresh, but I could’ve bought as nice a bouquet or better at most grocery stores or Sam’s Club, plus saved about 2/3 the cost, had I been there in person to deliver. My recipient was surprised and pleased, as the bouquet is pretty, if not exactly what I requested. I am thankful for that at least.“

They listened to what I wanted and delivered a perfect fall bridal bouquet! They also made a perfect matching boutonniere for my partner.
