I had previously been going to another Vet. This was my first time going with my Beagle. I am so impressed with The Technician and the doctor as the got down on the floor with him. They took their time with him to get him comfortable with them. They are AWESOME. The antibiotics they gave him relieved him within hours. Previous Vet was afraid of my dog and didn’t really check him over good. The Vet here checked him all over very thoroughly.
The staff - from reception, to the vet tech, to the doc - were all so kind and attentive. Despite a last minute visit, I never felt rushed and felt they understood my concerns and my dog’s issues. So happy with the care here!
