This is about as fair of a review, and non-bias, as I can provide.The Good:Aside from the below, the finished product is great and we are very happy with the home. They are kind, decent human beings in general and depending on the circumstances, I would recommend them to others looking for construction or remodeling.The Bad:There are some clear and consistent issues with Robie Builders that stems from (likely) too many projects being juggled at the same time and lack of organized management. I truly believe they would be an excellent construction company if they stuck to building/remodeling single homes and not working on several development projects at the same time....read full review

Robie built my family a great home. High quality, great suggestions, instant pricing on things I wanted to add or change. A perfect mix to make me feel like I am getting a custom home but they help make a lot of the decisions easy. Brent, Joe and Jarod all are great.Harrison

I have sold 19 homes built or rehabbed by Robie Builders and have never received a complaint from any of the Buyers after the sale. Jarod and his staff are very capable and are attentive to the needs of their customers from start to finish and beyond !. If there were more stars on this rating, they would deserve them.
