We had an unfortunate flood in our basement over 1300:square feet. There was no way my wife and I could do this cleanup. I contacted Octagon cleaning and restoration. They were very responsive. Within an hour they had someone at our house setting up,multiple pumps and dehumidifiers as well as several large blowers for drying out my basement. Once the basement was pumped out they left all the equipment to dry out the basement for a week. Once dried, They showed up to steam clean the floors and do mold mitigation. They also removed the Sheetrock walls in a large closet that had been damaged. Best of all they worked directly with my homeowners insurance company on all of the billing and deductible issues.
