This is the 2nd year they show up at my house and fill my tank without me calling. Last year I had them take me off autofill. Witch I never signed up for! And and again this year they show up fill my tank and I'm stuck paying the highest price around!! I will be putting a pad lock on my tank so this doesn't happen again.

Charged enormous amount for propane and tanks to run Generac generator. Paid in person at Windham Maine location. Tried to charge $21. Continue to send me emails saying I owe $$. I'm on a yearly payment plan for oil and service? Signed all the paperwork. Stop overcharging and causing unneeded stress

After being charged twice the state average for propane for awhile my Husband & I FINALLY cancelled our account .It took OVER 6 months for them to pick up their propane tanks, and we still haven’t seen the refund for the propane in them (over $500). We’ve requested it twice since they’ve taken the tanks and I’m going to call again today- It’s almost been a full year.Terrible company.
