Dave is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I can give you a long list of people I’ll never hire again but Dave is on the short list of people I’d highly recommend. He is professional, knowledgeable, communicates well and manages subs well. He has excellent ideas and suggestions that come with years of experience. He is organized and responsive and pretty much everything your looking for.
Dave has lots of knowledge and has done all projects for us - big and small. He makes suggestions based on our preferences and his work is always exactly to our asking. He is the best builder in Southern Maine.
We have built two custom homes in the past. Working with Dave and his crew have been by far the best ever to work with. They are clean and polite and very accommodating. The work is impeccable. No cutting corners. Love them, highly recommend this company.
