I really don't understand where the bad reviews about this company comes from. The people who work for Above & Beyond are the nicest ever and everyone is so willing and ready to help out whenever! I've only been with the company for a short time but so far it's one of the most wholesome and enjoyable jobs I've ever had and I look forward to continuing with them!

I've been with above and beyond cleaning for A year now, I must happily say they aren't like other local companies, Our supply closets are always stocked with the necessary tools we need to complete our jobs.. The supervisors are extremely friendly funny and willing to work with you... As a cleaner i know I'll make mistakes but they work with you to ensure the mistakes are corrected and your more successful in your clean .. also. I like that the owners jump in and clean if they need too , so they know its not easy and are so understanding..they always make sure I'm comfortable and if I have any questions I'm welcome to ask....I'm happy I applied ....they are stuck...read full review

Above and Beyond has been a great place to work. They have very flexible schedules and are laid back employers. As long as you show up and do your job, they won't bother you. They may contact you if they see you may have been missing a thing or two on your duties, but I have never received or felt that there was any power tripping involved. It has been more of a "hey, noticed some dusting has been lacking in these areas, just keep an eye out for it." If you are looking for a job where you don't have someone constantly looking over your shoulder and is micro managing you and also kind of want to make your own schedule, this is the place to be!
