Varying levels of difficulty based on teachers/classes.They also focus highly on alignment-I have learned so much on how to do yoga properly and prevent injury.Interesting flows-no boring sun salutations on repeat here. The teachers staff space are also great-not pretentious, and pricing totally reasonable given the quality.I started coming here when I lived in South Portland and when I moved over to Westbrook I attend the Falmouth location as well-It is right off 95 if you need to work it if you are out and about.I love the timing and flexibility of the class times- my schedule rotates and it’s great being able to go at 4pm, 7:30 am, etc.I highly recommend GP!“
“My introduction to this studio was in the middle of the pandemic so I was attending virtual classes. I liked the variety of styles of the different instructors. It's great for all levels of experience and the teachers are very good at offering ways to build onto and into each position to meet you where you are that day rather than expecting that everyone is ready to jump into crow pose or wheel.Once I was able to attend in person in the heated studio, I was hooked! In the summer, it's a lower heat but still feels great. Classes aren't overly crowded which I really appreciate (I like having some personal space). Having an outdoor class overlooking the water is an extra perk for our short but glorious Maine summer. ?“
“I've been working with Pasha since July due to a back injury and working primarily on the pilates reformer. After one session I could feel relief and strength in my back and the following sessions built upon that strength. I lift a lot for my work and am on my feet all day. “Adrienne W I joined the horse yoga class this past weekend and it was the best experience ever. I do not exercise regularly and have not done yoga in quite a long time. The class was in a terrific setting, especially if you love animals. Her class was easy to follow, and I feel like I got so much out of it. We were able to have a tour of the farm afterwards and meet the horses. Can not wait to do the class again. I might add the goat yoga class is awfully fun too.“

“We have been involved with the bone healthy class on Friday morning. It is a great class and has been adapted for both arthritis and osteoporosis. It is a gentle stretch but it feels great and certainly helps with flexibility and balance. If you are thinking of maybe trying it, I would certainly encourage you to give it a go.“
