I looked forward to going, the gym ecosystem is quite healthy and you never have to wait for machines or feel pressured to finish your workouts from others. There is an emphasis on mutual respect and the machines are updated and all working unlike some places I have joined. Great spot if you are passing through or want to join and get fit.“

After one session I could feel relief and strength in my back and the following sessions built upon that strength. I lift a lot for my work and am on my feet all day. Now the huge freight door and standing all day don't tire me out. I am so thankful to Pasha and her guidance. I didn't know I could feel this great!“

That being said it's higher in price than most gyms, but the facility is very high end, clean, and has a lot of options because just a workout area, and the fact they have outdoor workout options is great. The inside smoothie bar is also pretty good.“

Dave is able to be effective with his mobile fitness model allowing for a truly personal result that is easy to integrate into my busy schedule. Daves nutritionist background has also been crucial- let’s face it - we are in information overload. Dave provides dialogue backed with examples of how to read ingredients and brand reputation.“
