“John and his team replaced a very old furnace with a new Viessmann Combi. His bid came in lower than the two other companies I interviewed (significantly) and yet he used high quality materials (copper) and his work was absolutely meticulous. He also did some other small plumbing jobs at the house for no extra cost. The Viessmann went in only a week ago so I can't speak to reliability, but he was good to work with. I hesitated, a lot, (primarily because it's such an expensive and critical endeavor and I wanted to be SUPER sure of every aspect) but he patiently worked with my concerns and gave me all the detail I needed. I handled the removal of the old furnace and oil tank directly through the Dump Guys so I was left with a clean, orderly basement with gleaming copper pipes and a functioning furnace.“
