My wife and I had such a great experience working with Chase. We first spoke to Bill who set us up with an in-person meeting to discuss our desires and wants in a new home. Once he had an idea of what we were looking for, he priced out our home and made sure to keep us within our budget. From there, we met with the entire team during our preconstruction meeting, and they broke down exactly what the process would look like over the next 6-9 months. Started exploring the idea of building after being outbid on multiple houses on the market. Spoke with the president, Bill Noone about what we want in our home and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. After some thought we have decided to wait until lumber prices go down before we begin with a build, but will definitely be going with Chase whenever that happens.
