Great gym, excellent coaches, if you’re looking for a family friendly environment, or just an extended family, this is the place! Workout classes are great in structure, with options/alternatives available for all abilities, and outstanding knowledge/experience from all coaches! Motivation level is always at the top!
Where to start!? First I have to say, CrossOver Fitness is a great place, and I have enjoyed every class!! The workouts are fun and creative because every workout has different movements and combinations, which keeps it interesting. They also have a wonderful community that truly makes working out that much better!
I joined this gym almost 4 months ago and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience! The classes are the perfect combo of challenging & fun. I never leave there feeling that I didn’t get a GREAT workout. The owners, Andre & Katie, are down to earth and incredibly motivational. I’ve belonged to many gyms over the years, including cross fit gyms, & nothing compares to these workouts - which are the perfect marriage of cardio & strength training! Check it out, you won’t be sorry!
