We initially went to the Glass Unlimited which is near our home to order a beveled mirror. I was told he would call me in a day or so with pricing which did not happen. I called him after a couple of days and I agreed to the price he gave me and ordered the mirror. I was told it would be three weeks and I would hear from him. After three weeks and no call, I called again and he couldn't find our paperwork and he told me he would call me shortly. I never heard so we went there and again he told me he couldn't find the paperwork but would definitely call back. He had no recollection of our previous conversations. Dave's company did an excellent job providing custom shower doors for my home. He is an honorable individual who I would recommend to anyone. BTW, I did see a reference to Jan. 6th and what transpired. Dave faced the situation and accepted responsibility. Cut him some slack here. He's hardworking, is a great father, and loves and supports his family. We need more people like him.
