They are getting three stars from me because my first experience with them this year was positive. They sent out a tech. They dropped off two tanks. My first order was a great price. I recently got fired for something I said on Facebook so I was in desperate need of help. I qualified for heating assistance due to my past job Applebee's only giving me 25 hours week.So I got roughly 550$ of heating assistance. I also struggle with my mental health so getting the help meant the world. This week I ran out of propane and money so I had to go roughly 5 days with no heat in January.
