If you live in midcoast Maine this is the place you need to do business with, from Doug the owner to Ehrin the admin, and every one in between. Never was disappointed....customer service was always warm and never left in the cold.

I'd give even more stars... if I could! Keep it local, folks, and support this wonderful mid-coast business. Very caring, family oriented people and, they don't just claim that like a larger oil/propane mid-coast business does. They prove it in so many ways! This is now my permanent heating company!

We have had Grays out to our house a few times as our furnace is 20 some years old and they have always been professional and honest in fixing it. We totally trust them over any other company in NW Indiana I feel like they are family. And would recommend them to all my friends and family
