“This is the second heat pump I have had them install. They are professional, the whole crew is knowable about any questions I asked. Every employee had been with the company for at least 5 years and that says a lot these days with everyone looking for a better job. This heat pump was very tricky due to my porch and when they were done you can't see any lines coming out of my house except where it attached to the outside unit. I would recommend them without question.“

“The awesome team from Dead River just wrapped up a week-long install at our Freeport home switching out our 30 year old oil burner and ancient oil tanks and moving us to a high efficiency propane burner. The job was complex and involved excavation and new piping, too for a sprawling house. What really impressed me is that they stuck to the promised schedule, everyone showed up on time and communications were clear and always professional. An added bonus was a sparkling clean cement basement floor when they wrapped up all the tools and part pieces. Last but not least, Mike and Jason stopped in today for a final check and gave me the full rundown on how the burner worked, shut off valves and safety features. I couldn’t be more pleased.
