“This is the second heat pump I have had them install. They are professional, the whole crew is knowable about any questions I asked. Every employee had been with the company for at least 5 years and that says a lot these days with everyone looking for a better job. This heat pump was very tricky due to my porch and when they were done you can't see any lines coming out of my house except where it attached to the outside unit. I would recommend them without question.“

“I spoke with Angie on the phone…FANTASTIC customer service.

I am a little displeased that twice, my propane delivery was canceled without me knowing (one time for unknown reasons and the other because I must have not shoveled the snow as good as is needed for the truck to drive up the driveway) I understand now why they were canceled, but I was not called and told about this, so I was in the dark as to why I hadn’t received a delivery.

Angie was very gracious and was able to get another delivery sent out within a day of me calling in. She even called back to let me know about how to potentially get sand from the town for the driveway. Being a new first time homeowner, I greatly appreciate these little tips and helping navigate all the crazy things that come with homeowning for those of us who don’t know it all yet.“
