“I went online to book a haircut, saw that I needed to call for that service and so I called. I got a woman who seemed unhappy to be at work, she curtly informed me that she didn’t know why the website said that and they only take walk-ins. Well, I drove 45 minutes and walked in, only to be told that their earliest appointment was 1.5 hours away. Nope, there was no crowd and she made me an appointment. I felt a little disappointed but I really needed a cut before the two funerals I would be attending this weekend. The reason I gave this 4 stars is because Stacy, the stylist who cut my hair, was sweet and did a great job! I’m so glad the other stylist went to lunch!“
