We got five bids for our standing seam metal roof. Not only was Advanced Roof Systems' bid the lowest, it was also the clearest--it was important to me that the estimator be the same person who was going to do the work, especially for an old house like ours (1870). Standing seam work requires real craftsmen that take pride in their work (it's easy to cut corners and hide things where folks aren't likely to look), and our roof is testament to their commitment to craftsmanship.
