We take a few different cars here. The service is great. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Communication is helpful, cars are ready when we are told and so forth. And we are not told we need a slew of extra things unless it is something the vehicle really needs. Hopefully, we will be able to continue taking our vehicles here for years to come.

I would recommend Thompson Auto Care to everyone. I asked Nick to check an oil leak that had developed on my VW. After he checked it, he asked me if I recently had the oil pan replaced, I said I did. Nick suggested that I go back there and have them repair it. I will do this.Nick did not charge me for this!After I get my oil pan repaired, will definitely do all my business with Nick.

Can we give 6 stars? We had an engine emergency at the outset of a long drive home. These guys diagnosed the problem and squeezed us into their tight schedule in light of our situation, including ordering the needed parts for immediate delivery. They were courteous, professional, understanding, quick, and took care of the problem. Can’t comment on the price, as we didn’t shop around. Highly recommended.Services: Engine repair
