Dr. M has also helped me pick out certain types of contacts/glasses that match my lifestyle. When I was in college she had me wear overnight contacts since I wouldn't have to worry about being responsible and taking them out before I fell asleep every night. Then when I started scuba diving she switched me to daily contacts so I could have a fresh pair every day (you have to throw out contacts after you scuba!)“
