This company's reputation proceeds them; at least for my husband and I. We were baffled by their professionalism and understanding with scheduling hiccups on our end. It was a great experience! Would definitely use one of their multiple services again!Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning

The first go-round was disappointing - the woman who came was at our house for six hours and barely cleaned (she definitely didn’t deep clean). BUT we said something and the owner then sent two people - Katie and Melissa - who spent four hours and left the house sparkling and smelling great, and didn’t charge us. Melissa and Katie were so attentive, kind, friendly and professional and the situation was remedied in the end, so that’s what counts. The second cleaning was definitely five stars; we only gave four because of the initial one. I’d hire them again.

They did a great job cleaning my apartment after I moved out. My landlord was really pleased with the result and even asked me who I used for cleaning. They were friendly, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Pro31.
