By far my most favorite veterinary practice I've been too. I never have to wait long. They answer any questions I have clearly and in an easy to understand way. My dog is very nervous in unfamiliar places and around strangers and they worked wonderfully with her, so much so that she wasn't as anxious as she usually is leaving public places.
And something I don't think is talked about much, they're truly empathetic and kind during end of life care. When it was time for my last dog, they let us sit outside together in the grass (his favorite thing to do) until he passed. Dr. Rollins and her staff were so patient and kind to my puppy on her first visit to the vet! All of my questions were answered completely and I left feeling confident about the care we received.
While visiting this area on a day trip, our family dog had a traumatic emergency occur. The support staff at Harbor Road Vet were very kind and patient. They were able to see us right away (even though we weren’t patients), and their vet provided very thoughtful and effective care that stabilized our dog. We are so grateful for their help in caring for our dog.
