I usually do my pick-ups here but today was especially disappointing. I’ve noticed they straight up don’t care when it comes to choosing what items should be given to you for your pick-up order, especially since my face wash came very busted-up and opened. Nice people but… I’d say go in store yourself to choose your products.

The stylists at the salon in Ulta are well-trained, experienced, and professional. I always walk away getting a cut and color exactly like I asked for. I also get my brows done at the Benefit Brow Bar, and what a calm yet fun experience it is! I can’t say enough about the services there. This location really has some superstars!

i love this ulta so much purely due to the amazing staff - they are so helpful and kind, even when it is crowded, they genuinely want to take time to help you. Endi especially is so amazing, finding me every niche product i asked about or finding a comparable products. the folks on the register even checked my sample size gift product for allergens - 10/10 team!
