    Never been treated so shabbily by a repair company. They never showed for the initial appointment. Then at the rescheduled appointment they broke another part which had to be ordered. The part arrived, but they the ghosted us again 2 days ago, zero communication, for the 3rd appointment to fix what they broke. And here we still sit with a broken washer.

    Sears Home Services was contacted on November 1, 2023 to repair our GE refrigerator. They took over $1200 for the parts and service fee necessary for the repair. Since then, even after we received the parts, they have cancelled or rescheduled multiple appointments, each time pushing our service back by several weeks. It is extremely difficult to reach an actual human being and despite several attempts to communicate with them, they remain uncaring and unresponsive.The "Response from the owner" below did not produce any results. Just another chatbot asking for the same information and providing no assistance or resolution.

    I got text updates days before and day of appointment (which had a window of 8 am to 5 pm) but the repair person never showed up. Then they called to reschedule but i decided to get a new fridge. And when I called customer service, it was near impossible to speak to someone then I got someone in India Terrible terrible!
