“The entire staff (both at the front end reception area and medical staff) at MaineHealth Surgery center were wonderful. They were very attentive. I dealt with at least eight different staff members and all had great personalities and made sure that I was always aware of their roles and what was going on in terms of my procedure. I liked the fact that they were all playful and professional at the same time. This always helps to make for a more relaxed experience. I was also impressed with how quickly they got me in, prepped, and off to surgery. “I went to this place and they put 9 needles in my neck. Five stars! They were all very professional and explained my options, when to expect results, and a short primer on what the possible out comes are. More importantly, they laughed at all my jokes which is important for a person who uses humor as a coping mechanism. I would highly recommend them if you to need a fine needle biopsy of your thyroid... their needles and precision are the best.“

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I wasn't given anything for my pain and the instructions to follow up with my doctor were both impossible and unneeded, as they are all part of the same Maine Health system.“
