I have been going to Dr. Elkinson for 17+ years and I couldn't be happier! Until this past year, I only saw him for checkups and new prescriptions. I have had to see him on an emergency basis twice in the last few months and he was great. Not only was Dr. Elkinson wonderful but the entire staff took the time to listen to what was going on with my eye and conveyed it to him perfectly. Got me in quickly, treated the problem and showed me what to do should it happen again. I can't be more thankful and consider myself extremely lucky to have Dr. Elkinson and his staff be so attentive.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff greet you when you walk in the office and Dr. Elkinson walks you through every step of the process, explaining things in terms that you can understand. I've been going for my last 8 annual checkups and already scheduled my 2025 follow up. It doesn't get much better than Maine Family Eye Care!

Friendly staff, modern office, very impressed with the attention to detail and the time they take to make sure you are completely checked out. There are many other eye doctors closer to my home, but. I am happy with Maine family Eye Care
