They pulled hoses up the stairs to my second floor apartment and cleaned our carpet and couch... It didn't take too long but they did a great job, would recommend . The owner took time to answer all our questions And he did not hurry off, we got some great Mexican food restaurant recommendations from him, he was very nice and personable“
