Wow, I just love my new floors. Your installers were the hardest working men I have seen and got it all done in 1 day. Just incredible. The transformation is amazing. We recently replaced our stair carpet runner which had seen too many years of wear. David carefully detailed what would need to be done and showed me how he developed the installed price. Jay, the installer, was polite, professional and did an incredible job. My wife was so happy once Jay was finished, she face-timed me at work to show the finished product!
We are thrilled with the carpet we purchased from Higgins! David was so helpful and gave us great guidance and information. We learned so much from him! We ended up with a beautiful and high quality carpet for our upstairs and are so happy with how it looks. Everything in the process was smoothly from shopping to install to the follow-up with our warranty info. We were on a tight timeline but they made it happen and we are so very glad!
