“My husband and I let out silver labs dogs out on 8/8/24 around 2:30 am to go the bathroom. Next thing we know, they both came in vomiting and foaming at the mouth. Little did I realize, they both got sprayed by a skunk. We have done several baths and we even bought an ozone machine. Sure it helps but they rubbed their bodies all over the couch, blankets, rugs and dog beds. The couch is the WORST. We have tried everything. As soon as you sit on the couch especially on a muggy day, it comes right back to you! Finally after 3 weeks, I called Magic Carpet Cleaning & Restoration and they made an exceptional appointment to come up and clean our couch on a Saturday because it was wicked bad. It was a LOT of work to gut a nearly 200 y/o basement (with a slew of surprises). They worked so hard, went beyond what we asked, and the place looked incredible in the end. I am allergic to mold, and with their remediation + a good commercial dehumidifier, I don’t have any symptoms.
