Dr. Rachel Terry was patient and understanding with the younger 9 month old pup and went through everything thoroughly with our 10 year old lab and took great care of him. Clients were able to leave there without their pets being nervous and they were very relaxed. It's nice to know they found their new veterinary so quickly. The staff has truly gone above and beyond to reassure anxious pups and ensure that they get the necessary care. It's also easy to make an appointment, pick up a prescription, or just pop in for a treat and a weigh-in. The doc had a very animal bedside manner, could read a room & sat on the floor to make a feisty Chihuahua as comfortable as possible. It's adorable that most of the staff shows up to work with a dog.
