    Ordered cpap supplies using medicaid as the payor. 10 days later the supplies still had not been shipped. They told me they take 10 working days. If I pay for my supplies myself I get them within 3 days. Very disappointed with APRIA.

    I get my medical oxygen from Apria. I've had excellent service from them. No issues at all with equipment supply or setup All is paid for by Medicare with a small monthly deductable.

    Joyce is my 90 year old mother, and she has flown to Florida with the device. She had not tried it before she left as she needed her giant magnifier to read the tiny instructions. She did seem pleased to have it. That is all I have to say. ToniAnne
