My elderly father received a bill from Apria Health in December of 2024 for unpaid monthly charges dating back to August 2023..It is important to note that he had never previously received monthly bills ….thus assuming Medicare insurance had been paying for his equipment rental. When questioning Apria Health as to why we had not received bills previous to December 2024, the customer service stated they had repeatedly been resubmitting claims to insurance. Apria stated if we paid the past due balance we would be caught up and our monthly payment starting in January 2025 would be $25 per month for equipment rental.

I needed a replacement CPAP machine. After going to my DR I had a choice of providers. Apria has a local office and doing business with them was easy and straight forward. The machine was shipped directly to me with everything included. Billing was explained upfront and I was able to sign everything online.
Ordered cpap supplies using medicaid as the payor. 10 days later the supplies still had not been shipped. They told me they take 10 working days. If I pay for my supplies myself I get them within 3 days. Very disappointed with APRIA.
