All the staff are so helpful and friendly. I've always felt welcome wether it's a messy question, in person question or even over the phone.

My Dr, Dr Jokonya, is amazing. She is very knowledgeable caring, and such a great personality. I really am happy with this Dr and this office.

I switched to this practice because I had limited options when my NP left her practice. I want to start by saying the staff are kind and lovely but the NP I saw made me feel very rushed and seemed more interested in referring me places and changing medications then listening to what I had to say. I waited for approx. 40 minutes for him and got to talk to him for 15 minutes. I expressed my concerns about not wanting to change my routine that has worked for years and though he did acknowledge what I had to say I didn't feel assured that he cared about it. Hopefully this was a fluke but if it continues I will begin my search elsewhere.

I originally had a NP that was very good. I was moved to Dr. Jokonya with no issue. Until I suffered a traumatic orthopedic injury......I originally went to the Wentworth Douglas Urgent Care clinic on a 2/21/2021 Sunday afternoon with an acute knee injury. Documented that it was believed to be a meniscus injury.Followed up with the South Berwick office in increasing pain on 2/22/2021, prescribed a steroid pack.2/23/2021, Was left with untreated/uncontrolled pain and forced to go to the ER for treatment, writhing in pain and crying in the middle of the COVID pandemic.Small dose of narcotic and muscle relaxer prescription from the ER MD (like I asked for at my visit at South Berwick) and 2 days later I am still in pain, but it is tolerable, and understandable given the injury I sustained.
