No comparison between a well-run local company and a large out-of-state corporation where customer service is apparently no longer a priority“

The best best part is that by repairing my heater he saved me approx. 4000.00 dollars since that was the estimate that another company had given me because they said that the only solution was to replace the heater. He worked with us for the placement of the inside units so they would be in a place where they were not only functional, but esthetically pleasing. “Could not be happier with Rymes and their entire staff from the Technicians to Customer Service Staff. Woke up to a Blown Boiler. Called Rymes they came out the same day, I had a quote (which was very fair) for a new boiler in a few hours and they were out the next day and completed the job that day. Rare to find fast, fair, with solid customer service nowadays. I could not recommend them more highly.“

I called Downeast , my oil company, and they sent me a technician who understood everything, replaced my furnace motor, charged me around $550. and my old furnace is still running fine. I love calling Downeast Energy in Dover. They are so nice. And I’ve never had a problem with them“
