The medicinal side of things is great, but the receptionist is absolutely awful. One of the rudest people I’ve encountered in any animal or human medical center. There’s one that is a younger lady that’s very pleasant but the main receptionist is an older woman that is downright rude and awful every time you call. Six of my animals attend this veterinary clinic, and the doctor is amazing but the person and she has answering the phone is atrocious.

They are friendly great doctor and vet techs. They are very concerned about your animals. Excellent service. Highly recommend, doctor is straightforward and tells it like it is, which is what I like. Thank you all at Searsport Veterinary Hospital.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. LaHaye! She's very down to earth and truly cares for each pet. My dog had to have an unexpected, semi-emergency surgery and they fit her in right before Xmas! It also was WAY less expensive than I'm used to dog emergencies being. So glad I found SVH
