All other companies wanted half the estimate price before job started for a new roof. He made suggestions without being pushy which I took. Shawn the owner didn’t ask for money before he started job and said he’ll accept payment when job is completed. After so many stories I’ve read over the years about people giving deposits and never see the contractor again, I went with Shawn and so glad I did. Very professional!!
