Excellent customer service! Although Pella didn’t provide the service I was looking for, Mike went out of his way to help me find who does. This shows they genuinely care about people and exactly who I’ll want when it comes time for our Doors and windows. Thanks again Mike :)
Jamie Graham came to talk with us twice about their beautiful architectural windows. He was thorough, answered all our questions (even checking with installers over concerns we had) and brought samples of Pella's offerings. He was among the best salespersons we have encountered.
Jamie was prompt to our appointment, professional, observant and really nice. He explained everything in great detail. No stone was left unturned. Some info would not have been told by other people. He, certainly, cares for 100% customer satisfaction and does not want us to have any surprises. Full and complete disclosure for good and bad.
