I would recommend this gym for those who are looking to get one on one training with personal trainers. That being said it's higher in price than most gyms, but the facility is very high end, clean, and has a lot of options because just a workout area, and the fact they have outdoor workout options is great. The inside smoothie bar is also pretty good.

I used to go here when it was lifestyles, then I went to foleys. With the new updates at NXgen I really prefer this place over any gym in greater Portland, if you haven’t seen this place recently I highly recommend stopping by to check it out. New locker rooms are top notch. Much better experience than other gyms near by overall highly reccomend.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms. This is the best. Great equipment. Good vibe. Very clean. Great sauna. Nice staff and quiet members. And they even provide clean towels. I recommend it. AR
