This clinic did everything they could to save a puppy that was not being watched by the owner and ingested a skewer. They offered multiple options and were almost destroyed by the one-sided media story.Medicine costs money.Animal Hospitals do not work the same way as human medicine - invest in pet insurance as soon as you obtain a pet and youll save thousands of dollars down the line.#NOMV

The general public harassment after a biased news article is resulting in constant negativity. WGME wrote and published a biased news article and the general public is now causing an uprising similar to the January March on capital hill. The veterinary community knows the real truth and so do responsible pet owners. No responsible pet owner would allow a skewer to sit in the stomach of a canine for two weeks before seeking medical treatment. If this was a child the parents would have social services visit. The general public needs to halt the harassment and slander of this clinic.
